Sessions take place through telehealth via jane app. Once you book a session you will get a link sent to your email. Your privacy and confidentiality are always my top priority. These sessions take place at my home office. It would be best if you could also find a quiet & calm space with a good wi-fi connection on your end as well

Spending time in green and blue spaces such as forests and bodies of water has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, support nervous system regulation, and even lower blood pressure. These natural environments can enhance emotional well-being, deepen self awareness, and provide a sense of calm and clarity that supports the therapeutic process

Mental health services may be covered by your extended health benefits plan.
I do not directly bill provincial health insurance plans.
I provide receipts that you can submit for reimbursement.
You are responsible for verifying your coverage for mental health services prior to your first appointment.
